When you’re a client at our New City pet emergency hospital, rest assured that we will put your needs and your pet’s needs FIRST. We are offer flexible treatment planning to ensure that you and your pet are satisfied with the results of your care. We also allow pet owners to remain with their pet during treatment, if desired. We understand how difficult it can be to be separated from your pet while they are in need and oftentimes being together minimizes stress for everyone involved.

We are open all night, every night, and 24 hours on weekends and major holidays, ensuring that our team is available to provide emergency treatment to your pet whenever your regular veterinarian is closed for the day. The care provided at our New City pet emergency hospital extends to emergency and urgent care.

In Case of a Pet Emergency

If you’re experiencing a pet emergency, our New City pet emergency hospital is open Monday through Thursday from 6pm to 8am and Friday from 6pm through Monday at 8am. Our hours are designed to help us accommodate all pet emergencies outside of normal animal hospital hours. If you’re having an emergency, please contact us or come directly to our hospital.
